3. Delivery

• Delivery is made within 48 hours to the address provided at checkout.

• We only deliver within the European Union.

• If you’re not available at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt a second delivery or return the package.

4. Returns & Refunds

• You have the right to return your product within 14 days of receiving it.

• Products must be returned unused and in original packaging.

• Return shipping is free.

• Once received and inspected, we will contact you to confirm the refund or replacement.
