  • It must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.

  • Since payment was made Cash on Delivery, we will contact you to arrange your preferred refund method (e.g., bank transfer or replacement item).


4. Product Issues or Complaints

If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • We will offer you a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


5. Warranty
